Important Information

Payments

  • For one-off ad hoc support, Payment is required before any work is carried out.

  • Retainers and Packages, Payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice being sent to initiate the work. This billing will occur monthly to secure my time.

  • Regular cleans: Payment for a week in advance is required to secure my time.
  • One-off cleaning: Payment is due 24 hours before the scheduled service (if applicable).
  • End of Tenancy (EOT) cleaning: Payment is required 24 hours before the scheduled start time
  • For one-off services payment is required at the time of booking.

  • For ongoing services, payment for the upcoming week is required in advance to secure my time.

  • For one-off home visits and dog walks, payment is due at the time of booking

  • For regular home visits and dog walks, payment for the upcoming week is required a week in advance to secure my time.

Working Hours 

  • Pets: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
  • Cleaning: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. (evening hours can be discussed and considered)
  • Personal Concierge (In-Person tasks): Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • Personal Concierge (Virtual): Monday to Friday, flexible hours 9AM to 6:00 PM.

The occasional saturday will also be considered with enough notice.

I completely understand the juggling act of being a busy parent, as I’m in the same position myself! My top priority is providing you with the best possible service while making sure I’m there for my own children too.

 

That’s why I’ve set my working hours up to 2:30 PM for services that require me to be there in-person. This gives me the opportunity to be present for my children. I want to assure you that I am fully committed to providing you with exceptional service during my working hours.
